State Requirements

Only requirements that apply to your selected state and requested services are shown. These are self-reported claims until Bug Connect verifies them.

Service Area

Tell us where your company currently provides service. Bug Connect will use this to set up your initial coverage. You can adjust your active service area later.

Request every county where you currently provide service. Bug Connect must approve coverage before routing can be enabled.

You do not need to enter every ZIP. After county approval, Bug Connect can populate the supported ZIPs for operator review.

Your selected services above become the initial provider service preferences Bug Connect reviews. You can narrow approved service areas later from the provider portal.
